**Butte-Silver Bow County is once again releasing Silver Lake water into Warm Springs Creek and the upper Clark Fork River to help with the historically low flows and drought conditions**

We've heard reliable reports from both ends of the Clark Fork over the last week or so, and it's all been pretty good. Streamers on the upper end, dry flies on the lower end, although hopper fishing has been good river wide. Tricos in the morning and hoppers in the afternoon. Small hoppers and trico spinners have worked best for us. Nocturnal stones are still around and are still the meal of choice for a few fish. Hecuba (heh·kyuh·buh) have been coming off here and there. Some fish have been all about the hecuba. A brindle chute, or a para-wulff - brindle chute will do the trick for the hecuba. For nymphs, use Pat's rubber legs, MacGruber nymphs, prince nymphs, perdigons, two-bit jigs, caddis pupae, pheasant tails, and red lightning bugs.
