Missouri River Fishing Report - 4/10
REPORTS: Beginning in April, once a week we will post a brief description of a rig we saw during the previous week that had one of our Kingfisher stickers on the window. When you recognize it as being your car described in our hatch report, stop into the shop and pick out 2 dozen nymphs or dries on us!!

This week's winner of the two dozen free flies, just for having a Kingfisher sticker in his window, is a..... (drum roll)

Forest Green Toyota Tundra: with the last two digits of the license plate being... 09

Drive your rig down to the shop and pick up your bugs!  Thanks for being a Kingfisher customer.

The Missouri is still holding stable and fishing well.  The dry flies on the menu are mainly the spring baetis.  Use a smaller parachute pattern around a size 16 or 18 for those little guys. The subsurface action is going to be with the usual suspects.  Small red and pink scuds, RS2′s, Ray-Charles, egg patterns or a red Amex should get you hooked up today.  The streamer fishing has been excellent as well.  Standard buggers in olive or black, squirrel zonkers and heavy sculpins will get chased by the big guys.
HATCHES: midges

FLIES: Griffith's gnats 16-20, lighting bugs, RS2, p-tails, scuds, Pink Amex, Pink Scuds, Glow BugsADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Probably one of the best river options in the state right now. Tailwater happiness!
