Within the United States
We ship throughout the United States. After placing an order, you will receive email updates regarding the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that partial shipments may occur, as we ship from multiple locations. If you receive a package containing only part of your order, please check your email—additional tracking information is typically provided for remaining items.
International Shipping
We ship to most addresses worldwide. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for international delivery. International shipments may experience delays beyond our control due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and duties.
Shipping rates for many items are calculated based on weight. Product weights are listed on individual item detail pages. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound when calculating shipping charges.
Returns Policy
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If a return is the result of our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are typically issued within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

How to Make a Return
To start a return, log in to your account and navigate to My Orders. Select the order you'd like to return and click Request a Return.
