The MFC 2XL Heavy Wire Nymph & Streamer Hook combines an extended shank with sturdy wire construction for tying a wide range of subsurface flies. Its 2XL length provides extra room for segmented bodies, ribbing, and layered materials without requiring a full-length streamer hook.
The downturned eye and versatile profile suit classic nymphs, beadhead patterns, and compact streamers. Heavy wire adds strength and weight, making this hook a practical foundation for flies designed to fish below the surface.
From Prince Nymphs to small baitfish imitations, the Montana Fly Company 7026 covers everyday tying needs. Keep it on hand for replenishing proven patterns or experimenting with new subsurface designs.
